3. Emergency seal greasing injection: In case of accident failure of seat sealing by fire or the impurities of medium, the greasing injector provides a fast connection with the grease, quickly and easily seal into the seat sealing area to ease the leak.
4. Easy operation: a small coefficient of friction seat and good self-lubrication stem bearings, greatly reducing the valve operating torque. It can be also operated easily in a long period even in the case of no sealing grease.
5. Reliable stem sealing and low operating torque: to set the standard seal ring, the packing gland also set "O" ring, double-sealed to ensure the reliability of the stem seals; additional graphite packing sealing grease injection makes stem leakage to a minimum after the fire. Stem sliding bearings and thrust bearings also make the valve operation easily and lightly.
6. The fire-safe structure: all trunnion ball valves are equipped with fire safe features. Its design and manufacture follow API 607 and API 6FA specifications.
7. Double block and bleed features: the pneumatic trunnion ball valve is to use the seat with spring preload, regardless of the valve is fully open or fully closed, the seats of both upsteam and downstream make the interdiction from valve cavity, the flow entrapment which entrapped in the valve internals can be relief from the discharge valve.
8. 9. Trunnion ball valve is a new generation of high performance ball valve, mainly used in long-distance pipeline and general industrial pipeline. We design it at a special considerations for its strength, safety, resistance to harsh environments, applicable to a variety of corrosive and non-corrosive medium. Compared with the floating ball valve, the fluid pressure force on the ball all passed to the trunnion/stem bearing, does not make the ball move to the seat, so the seat will not put too much pressure. The trunnion ball valve is small torque, small seat deformation, stable sealing performance, long life service, available at high pressure, large diameter occasions. The advanced spring preloaded seat components has self tight characteristics to achieve upstream seal. Each valve has two seats, and each direction can be sealed, so it does not have the installation flow limit. The trunnion ball valve is generally horizontal installation.
10. Trunnion ball valve has two-pieces and three-pieces for body structure, the middle flange is bolted, the seal with RPTFE inserts into the stainless steel seat retainer, and it has spring to ensure the seat close to ball, remain a good sealing at both sides. The upper stem and lower trunnion have PTFE bearings to reduce friction and ensure a samll operation torque. The adjust gasket at the bottom of the trunnion ensure the join position of the ball and seal ring.
